It occurred to me today that at this time of year, roughly a week and a half before Christmas, there are only two types of people out there: kind, helpful, cheerful people, who seem to be looking for opportunities to lend a hand, OR rude, grumpy, nasty people...real-life grinches who most definitely deserve a lump of coal in their stockings! I don't think there are any "middle men" at this time of year. You're one or the other! And, it's all about your attitude!

Emily, Kate and I encounter a lady at Penneys yesterday not quite as helpful(rude) as you post office counter man but almost. The other person we went to was just the opposite very helpful and NICE. I sent you an email about this subject it was called Duck or Eagle read it again it is so true. Hug the boys Take care Love Always Mom
