Additional Reason #1

My stove. It is barely big enough to fit a 9x13 pan. I had to go out and buy muffin tins that would only hold six because the more common one dozen ones do not fit! And, you can only cook one item at a time. It has two racks, but if you try to cook two things at once, the top item will burn on the outside and stay raw or doughy on the inside and the bottom item will hardly cook at all. Despite having a Fahrenheit thermometer, I find that almost nothing turns out the way I am used to. The temperature also fluctuates so much that I try to check the thermometer every 10 minutes.
